Laws Concerning Carrying Concealed Firearms on Campus in Missouri

Missouri law prohibits firearms in any higher education institution without the consent of the governing body of the higher education institution or a school official or the district school board,. However, possession of a firearm in a vehicle on the premises of any higher education institution is permitted, so long as the firearm is not removed from the vehicle or brandished while the vehicle is on the premises.

Mo. Rev. Stat. § 571.107.1

An administrative regulation provides that, in the University of Missouri System, the possession of firearms on university property is prohibited except in regularly approved programs or by university agents or employees in the line of duty.   See Mo. Code Regs. Ann. tit. 6, § 250-4.010(10).
