Laws Concerning Carrying Concealed Firearms on Campus in North Dakota

North Dakota state law does not address the possession or carrying of concealed firearms on college and university campuses.

As of September 30, 2016, no public universities, colleges, or community colleges permit the carrying of concealed firearms inside of buildings and on campus grounds.
