Laws Concerning Carrying Concealed Firearms On Campus in Delaware

Delaware has no specific law regarding the limitations of concealed firearms on college and university campuses, therefore it is up to each university and college to decide whether to permit concealed handguns on campus or in buildings.

The University of Delaware prohibits the use and possession of firearms on campus without prior authorization.  See: https://sites.udel.edu/generalcounsel/policies/possession-and-use-of-firearms-on-university-property/

As of March 31, 2024, no public or private university permits concealed guns on campus grounds or in buildings.
